Typically, engineers have an opportunity to work on one or two large projects over their careers. HNTB’s incredible backlog of large, complex and transformational projects here in Southern California has resulted in several leadership roles being offered to me and the acceleration of my career growth. I’m excited about the opportunities ahead and feel like my goals have now expanded to include new possibilities for my career that I previously thought were beyond me.
